By participating in the ZenTao User Experience Improvement Program, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of this Program in their entirety (parental or guardian consent is required for minors). Please note that this statement may be updated periodically as our products evolve. Any changes will be prominently posted within the product or on relevant pages with clear notice to users. Should you choose not to participate in this Program or disagree with any updates, you may withdraw at any time (refer to "Program Participation and Withdrawal"). We will also maintain archived versions of previous statements for your reference. 产品功能使用和易用性分析：<br />
• 非识别数据：站点、项目、产品、执行、bug、文档数量、管理后台启用的关键配置（如 LDAP 登录是否启用等）；已激活的用户总数或系统注册用户数量（不涉及真实姓名、联系方式等身份信息）<br />
如果不提供上述信息，将不影响产品功能的使用，但无法获得产品使用过程中的易用性分析，可能影响到您的用户体验。<br />
• 所有数据处理均基于匿名统计分析的目的，不用于广告推送、重定向营销等非功能性目的。<br />

I.Information We Collect<br />

To enhance product performance and optimize user experience, we may collect necessary operational behavioral data during your use of our products. However, we solemnly pledge that we will not collect, store, or analyze the following business-critical or sensitive information:<br />

• Requirement names or detailed requirement descriptions<br />
• Bug titles and detailed information<br />
• Task titles in iterations and other information generated during task processes<br />

• Any documents and their content created or uploaded within the product, including attachments<br />
• Other detailed data potentially involving core business operations or organizational privacy that may arise during product use<br />

To help us improve our products and optimize user experience, ZenTao will collect only the following types of usage data with your explicit authorization:<br />
Device Diagnostics and Feature Usage:<br />
• Device and deployment information: including operating system type (e.g., Linux), server type (e.g., Apache/Nginx), PHP version, database type and version (e.g., MySQL, DM, etc.), and software deployment method (e.g., local deployment or containerized environment);<br />
• Software usage information: current ZenTao version number, initial installation time and most recent startup time, system configuration and enabled key functional modules (e.g., whether code repository or automated build features are enabled).<br />

Failure to provide the above information will not affect product functionality, but may prevent us from identifying device-related issues and providing solutions, potentially impacting your user experience.<br />
Product Feature Usage and Usability Analysis:<br />
• Non-identifying data: number of sites, projects, products, executions, bugs, and documents; key configurations enabled in the administrative backend (e.g., whether LDAP login is enabled); total number of activated users or registered users in the system (excluding real names, contact information, and other identifying details)<br />

Failure to provide the above information will not affect product functionality, but may prevent us from conducting usability analysis during product usage, potentially impacting your user experience.<br />
<br />
• All data processing is conducted solely for anonymous statistical analysis purposes and is not used for non-functional purposes such as advertising, remarketing, or redirected marketing.<br />
<br />
Please understand that ZenTao cannot identify specific individuals through device information, log information, or other standalone data, and such information is used only as non-personal information. We aggregate this information to help us provide more useful information to users and understand which aspects of our products and services are of greatest interest to users. If we combine non-personal information with personal information, such information will be treated as personal information during the period of combined use.<br />

While choosing not to provide this information will not affect your ability to use our services, it may prevent us from identifying and addressing issues that could enhance your user experience.<br />

• We do not collect core business data such as project content, requirement details, task details, comment content, file attachments, or bug descriptions;<br />
• We do not collect personally identifiable information such as names, mobile phone numbers, identification numbers, or email addresses.<br />

V. Participation and Withdrawal<br />
<br />
Users may freely choose to enable or disable this feature in ZenTao at their discretion.<br />
<br />
Enabling this feature indicates your decision to participate in the ZenTao User Experience Improvement Program. Disabling it will withdraw you from the Program.<br />

七、争议解决<br />
<br />
因本隐私政策产生的及与本隐私政策相关的任何争议，应提交本协议签订地（即青岛西海岸新区）有管辖权的法院诉讼解决。<br />

VII. Dispute Resolution<br />
<br />
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be submitted to the court of competent jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is executed (namely, West Coast New Area of Qingdao) for resolution through litigation.<br />
