Non-identifying data: Number of sites, projects, products, executions, bugs, documents, key configurations enabled in the management backend (such as whether LDAP login is enabled, etc.); total number of activated users or system registered users (not involving real names, contact information, or other identity information). System operation information and error logs: Critical error logs generated during system operation (not including task names, user input, etc.), system service call logs for troubleshooting system stability issues, network access methods, number of failed retries during installation, and process records (only used for installation quality analysis).

We will not collect core business data such as project content, story details, task details, comment details, file attachments, or bug descriptions;
We will not collect personal information related to your real identity, such as names, phone numbers, ID numbers, email addresses, etc.;

1.2 為了向您和企業用戶提供服務、保障服務的正常運行、改進和優化我們的服務以及保障帳號安全，我們會按照如下管道收集您在注册、使用服務時主動提供、授權提供或因為使用服務而產生的資訊：
1.2.1當您使用禪道項目管理軟體服務時，為向您及企業用戶提供禪道項目管理軟體產品及服務，維護我們服務的正常運行，改進及優化我們的服務體驗以及保障您的帳號安全或基於遵守法律法規規定的需求，我們會收集您下述資訊：
1.設備與部署資訊：包括作業系統類型與版本（如Linux）、服務器類型（如Apache/Nginx）、PHP版本、資料庫類型與版本（如MySQL、達夢等）、軟件部署管道（如本地部署或容器化環境）等。此類資訊有助於我們優化相容性與部署指導建議。
2.軟體使用資訊：當前使用的禪道版本號、首次安裝時間與最近一次啟動時間、用戶手動或自動升級頻率、系統配寘與啟用的主要功能模組（如是否啟用程式碼版本庫、自動構建功能等）。
3.非識別數據：網站、項目、產品、執行、 bug、檔案數量、管理後臺啟用的關鍵配寘（如LDAP登入是否啟用等）；已啟動的用戶總數或系統註冊用戶數量（不涉及真實姓名、聯繫方式等身份資訊）。收集此數據的目的在於瞭解用戶如何使用自己的產品和服務。借此，禪道可以改善自己的服務，更好地滿足客戶需求。禪道可能會自行决定出於其他目的收集、使用、處理、轉移或披露非識別性數據。我們會盡力隔離您的個人數據和非識別性數據，並單獨使用這兩種數據。如果個人數據摻雜了非識別性數據，依舊會被視作個人資料處理。
1.2.2為更好地定位和解决您在使用禪道產品過程中遇到的問題，並進一步提升產品體驗，我們可能需要授權獲取您的：
系統運行資訊與錯誤日誌：系統運行過程中產生的關鍵錯誤日誌（不包含任務名稱、用戶輸入等）、系統服務調用日誌，用於排查系統穩定性問題、接入網路管道、安裝過程中失敗重試的次數及過程記錄（僅用於安裝品質分析）。
1.3特別說明
1.我們不會收集專案內容、需求詳情、任務詳情、評論內容、檔案附件、Bug描述等覈心業務數據；
2.我們不會收集與您真實身份相關的個人資訊，如姓名、手機號、身份證號、郵箱等；
3.所有資料處理均基於匿名統計分析的目的，不用於廣告推送、重定向行銷等非功能性目的。
2.我們如何使用Cookie和同類科技
2.1我們使用Cookie和其他類似科技，以提升您使用本服務的體驗。當您使用本服務時，我們可能會使用相關科技向您的設備發送一個或多個Cookie或匿名識別字，以收集和存儲您訪問、使用本服務時的資訊。我們承諾，不會將Cookie用於本隱私政策所述目的之外的任何其他用途。我們使用Cookie和同類科技主要為了實現以下功能或服務：

3.我們如何共亯、轉讓、披露您的資訊
3.1我們不會與禪道軟件集團以外的任何公司、組織和個人分享用戶資訊，但以下情况除外：
1.我們可能會根據法律法規規定，或按政府首長部門的強制性要求，對外共亯您的個人資訊；
2.在獲取明確同意的情况下共亯：獲取您的明確同意後，我們會與其它方共亯您已明確同意的個人資訊；
3.與授權合作夥伴的共亯：我們可能委託授權合作夥伴為您提供某些服務或代表我們履行職能，我們僅會處於本隱私政策聲明的合法、正當、必要、特定、明確的目的共亯您的資訊，授權合作夥伴只能接觸到其履行職責所需資訊，且不得將此資訊用於其他任何目的。
3.2我們不會將您的個人資訊轉讓給任何公司、組織和個人，但以下情况除外：
1.事先獲得您明確的同意或授權；
2.根據適用的法律法規、法律程式的要求、強制性的行政或司法要求所必須的情况進行提供；
3.符合與您簽署的相關協定（包括線上簽署的電子協定以及相應的平臺規則）或其他的法律檔約定所提供；

6.所涉及的個人資訊是個人資訊主體自行向社會公眾公開的；
7.根據個人資訊主體要求簽訂和履行契约所必需的；
8.從合法公開披露的資訊中收集個人資訊的，如合法的新聞報導、政府資訊公開等通路；
9.維護所提供產品或服務的安全穩定運行所必需的，如發現、處置產品或服務的故障；
10.個人資訊控制者為新聞組織，且其開展合法的新聞報導所必需的；
11.個人資訊控制者為學術研究機构，出於公共利益開展統計或學術研究所必要，且其對外提供學術研究或描述的結果時，對結果中所包含的個人資訊進行去標識化處理的。
4.我們如何保護和保存您的個人資訊
我們已使用符合業界標準的安全防護措施保護您提供的資訊，防止數據遭到未經授權訪問、公開披露、使用、修改、損壞或遺失。
對於所收集的資訊，我們將在法律規定的最短期限內保存，超出保存期限後，我們將對所收集的資訊進行匿名化處理。儘管已經採取了上述合理有效措施，並已經遵守了相關法律規定要求的標準，但請您理解，由於科技的限制以及可能存在的各種惡意手段，在互聯網行業，即便竭盡所能加强安全措施，也不可能始終保證資訊百分之百的安全，我公司將盡力確保您提供給我們的個人資訊的安全性。
5.您如何管理您的個人資訊
我們非常重視您對個人資訊的關注，並盡全力保護您對於您資訊訪問、更正、删除的權利，以使您擁有充分的能力保障您的隱私和安全。

5.如果我們不再為您提供產品或服務。
當您從我們的服務中删除資訊後，我們可能不會立即備份系統中删除相應的資訊，但會在備份更新時删除這些資訊。

1.本隱私政策適用於禪道項目管理軟體；
2.請您注意，本政策不適用由其他公司或個人提供的服務；
3.您使用該等協力廠商服務須受其隱私政策（而非本政策）約束，您需要仔細閱讀其政策內容。
7.隱私政策的修訂和通知
為給您提供更好的服務以及隨著業務的發展，本隱私政策也會隨之更新。但未經您明確同意，我們不會削减您依據本隱私政策所應享有的權利。禪道軟件會在本頁面上發佈對本隱私政策所做的任何變更。對於重大變更，我公司還會提供更為詳細的通知。本隱私政策所指的重大變更包括但不限於：
1.我們的服務模式發生重大變化。如處理個人資訊的目的、處理的個人資訊類型、個人資訊的使用管道等；
2.我們在所有權結構、組織架構等方面發生重大變化。如業務調整、破產並購等引起的所有者變更等；
3.個人資訊共用、轉讓或披露的主要對象發生變化；
4.您參與個人資訊處理方面的權利及其行使管道發生重大變化；
5.我們負責處理個人資訊安全的責任部門、聯絡方式及投訴通路發生變化時；
6.個人資訊安全影響評估報告表明存在高風險時。
除此，我們還會將本隱私政策的舊版本存檔，供您查閱。如您在本政策更新生效後繼續使用我們的服務，即代表您已充分閱讀、理解並接受更新後的政策並願意受更新後的政策約束。

9.爭議解决
因本隱私政策產生的及與本隱私政策相關的任何爭議，應提交本協定簽訂地（即青島西海岸新區）有管轄權的法院訴訟解决。
